Early Intervention

Early intervention services provide support to children with developmental delays birth through three years old. Research supports that the best evidence-based practice for speech therapy and other therapy disciplines within this age group be provided in the natural environment of the child and is provided via the parent-coaching model.

The parent coaching model involves the parent and creates family and child-centered outcomes and goals. It provides support and assists the parents and family members to apply the speech strategies utilized in a natural way throughout their child’s day.
